Our underground sprinkler systems come in three levels of sophistication:

Standard System: Our basic system includes all the features and quality you’ve come to expect from Rain Bird, the #1 name in underground sprinklers. Components include a digital, programmable Rain Bird controller, Rain Bird valves, Rain Bird spray and rotor heads as well as a rain-sensor that turns your sprinkler off automatically after a rain. As a Rain Bird Select Contractor we are able to offer a 5 year warranty on all Rain Bird Systems.

Smart System: This system includes everything listed above but features a more sophisticated controller that takes the guess work out of programming. Whereas a standard sprinkler controller waters your lawn according to a programmed schedule, a “smart” controller utilizes weather data from a built-in weather station or an in-ground moisture sensor to run your sprinklers only when your lawn actually needs water. Factors such as temperature, humidity, wind and rainfall are considered before watering commences. Smart systems are able to adjust the amount and timing of irrigation throughout the growing season so you don’t have to.
